Spaghetti with Chicken & Tomatoes

 

This is a really quick & easy meal. You don’t even have to measure the ingredients if you don’t want to, simply make it to your individual taste. For our family of 5, I cook & drain 1 lb of spaghetti. Then add:

2 cups diced fresh tomatoes (Tonight I used grape tomatoes.)

2 cooked & shredded chicken breasts

1 1/2 cups Northern Italian salad dressing (I use lite.)

1 cup parmesan cheese

salt & pepper to taste (optional)
