Toffee Peanut Butter M&M Cookies


Toffe PB M&M Cookies


Makes 7 dozen.


3/4 cup Crisco

1 1/4 cups peanut butter

2 cups packed brown sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla

2 eggs

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup Heath toffee chips

1 cup miniature M&Ms


Combine Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk & vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs & mix.

Combine flour, salt, & baking soda in a bowl. Add to cream mixture & blend.

Stir in toffee chips & M&Ms.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls or small cookie scoop onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from pans onto foil or parchment paper to cool.
