Garlic Dill Fish

 

1 1/2 lbs fish, such as cod, haddock, or flounder

3/4 bread crumbs – I make my own using wheat bread that has been dried in a low oven & finely ground in the food processor.

3/4 cups toasted wheat germ

1 tablespoon dried dill

1/2 tablespoon ground dry mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Combine bread crumbs, wheat germ, & spices.

Season fish with salt & pepper, to taste. Coat with breading. Place on baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
