1 lb ground beef, browned & drained

4 oz pepperoni

1 quart home canned tomatoes or 2 15 oz cans diced

8 oz tomato sauce

12 oz tomato paste

1 cup beef broth

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 oz mozzarella

16 oz pasta, cooked & drained   I use medium shell pasta.


Combine everything but cheese & pasta in crock pot. Cook on low for about 6 hours. It’s no problem to go longer than 6 hours.

Add cheese. Stir until melted.

Stir in pasta.
