Tomato Beef Noodle Casserole

1 lb ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp oregano

2 – 16 oz tomato sauce

2 cups sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb egg noodles

Brown ground beef. Stir in garlic, oregano, & tomato sauce. Bring to a boil & simmer. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Cook & drain egg noodles. Place in casserole dish. Stir in sour cream. Pour sauce over noodles & top with cheese.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
