Ground Beef & Tomato Pasta Soup

 

Tomato Pasta Soup

 

3/4 lb ground beef

4 cups beef broth

2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes

1 carrot, peeled & grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 bay leaf

1 teaspoon steak seasoning

black pepper to taste

1 cup uncooked dry ditalini pasta

 

Brown ground beef. Drain if necessary. Add remaining ingredients, except for pasta. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover & simmer for 45 minutes.

Cook & drain pasta. Add to soup.
